Defines a relationship between the subject resource and object
resource such that the subject resource shares the same representations
as the object resource and access to those representations is always
via the object resource. This relationship can be the basis of a
web redirection. This property does not define any equivalence between
the subject and object. The object resource may or may not be the same
resource as the subject.
